About Poké Perfect
Poké Perfect is a restaurant chain specialised in poke bowls. The years have flown by since we opened the first poke restaurant in the Netherlands and you can now find us in many cities.
In the centre of Nijmegen sits a beautiful establishment with a fun and enthusiastic team. We are looking for full-time Poké Masters, also known as shiftleaders, to join our team.
What will you do:
A Poké Master leads the team of Poké Pros. Together you are responsible for a good and smooth operation during your shift. In addition to the Poké Pros, you also manage the dishwasher and drivers. You monitor whether all ingredients are sufficiently stocked, whether all orders are prepared correctly and whether they are quickly sent out for delivery. You find it important that all customers are served in a friendly, good and fast manner. You are the link between employees and the location manager if he/she is not present him/herself. When you are at work, we can leave the place to you with peace of mind!
Your activities will consist of:
- Leading a young and enthusiastic team
- Receiving and handling customer questions
- Responsible for the entire production
- Anticipate various situations and take action where necessary
- Quality checks on finished products
- Bi-weekly team meeting
- Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment
- Light administrative work, such as keeping track of stocks and HACCP registrations
