Poké Perfect Utrecht specialises in healthy, fresh food that can be made on a large scale and also delivered quickly. Poké (pronounced pokay) is an originally Hawaiian dish. It is simple, quick, tasty, healthy and filling food.
Job description
In the position of Location Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and coaching staff. The team will consist of shift leaders, general staff and dishwashers which you as location manager will take charge of.
You can be found on the shop floor a lot, so you know what is going on and can solve any problems/challenges on the spot. You will also be involved in administrative tasks such as; making the schedule, keeping track of stocks and HACCP registrations. At Poké Perfect Utrecht, quality is number one. To guarantee quality, you will be in daily contact with our delivery partners to resolve any complaints immediately. You will also conduct monthly audits and discuss the results with your manager. The common goal is to ensure that all guests can enjoy our poké bowls with a smile.
Who are you?
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience at a catering company
- Have experience in managing a team
- You are flexibly employable, both on weekdays and weekends. In addition, you have no problem working regular evenings
- You can anticipate various situations and take action where needed. You dare to take decisions. You maintain an overview, even at peak moment
- Can work fast and can handle deadlines
