Job description
In the position of Operations Manager, your responsibilities include managing and coaching the staff. The team currently consists of an Operations Manager to whom you report, 20 general staff and 7 dishwashers.
You will spend a lot of time on the shop floor to stay up to date on the going-ons and so you can solve any issues/challenges at the spot. In addition, you will perform administrative tasks, such as hiring and onboarding new personnel, create the timetables, maintaining stock and HACCP registrations. You also perform monthly audits and discuss the results with your superior. The joint objective is to ensure that all customers can enjoy our poke bowls with a smile.
We would like to meet you if you:
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience at a catering company
- Have experience in managing a team
- Are motivated and enjoy working with people and are happy to assist during peak hours and also want to support the team practically
- You can anticipate various situations and take action where needed. You dare to take decisions. You maintain an overview, even at peak moment
- Can work fast and can handle deadlines
