About Poké Perfect
Who knows, you may already know us; we are a chain of restaurants specialising in poké bowls. When we opened our first restaurant over seven years ago, we hoped that people would be open to this new, healthy and delicious dish we had fallen in love with. That we would become the forerunner of fast, fresh and healthy food in the Netherlands, and even grow into the largest poké chain in the country, was something we never dared to dream.
At Amsterdam Zuidas, we have a small but busy location in the WTC building next to Amsterdam Zuid station. For this location, which is especially busy around lunchtime, we are looking for full-time shiftleaders.
What will you do:
A shift leader, called Poké Master with us, manages the team of Poké Pros. Together with them, you are responsible for a good and smooth operation during your shift. Apart from the Poké Pros, you also manage the dishwasher and delivery staff. You keep an eye on whether all ingredients are sufficiently stocked, whether all orders are prepared correctly and are quickly sent out for delivery. You find it important that all customers are served in a friendly, good and fast manner. You are the link between employees and the location manager when the latter is not present. When you are at work, we can leave the business to you with peace of mind!
Your activities will consist of:
- Leading a young and enthusiastic team
- Receiving and handling customer questions
- Responsible for the entire production
- Anticipate various situations and take action where necessary
- Quality checks on finished products
- Bi-weekly team meeting
- Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment
- Light administrative work, such as keeping track of stocks and HACCP registrations
