Entry level
You're the heart of the operation. You assemble bowls, guide guests through the menu and keep the energy up during a busy shift. We'll train you on everything - enthusiasm and a good attitude are all you need to bring.

You know the craft and now you lead the shift. You coach the team, keep things running smoothly and make sure every guest leaves happy. The go-to person when things get busy.
